GRAND OPENING April 1, 2026: 'Yard miyakojima'

Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. and Kajima Corporation are pleased to announce that the commercial facility 'Yard miyakojima', which has been under development in the Turiba district of Miyakojima, Okinawa Prefecture, will have its grand opening on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This facility will open simultaneously with the adjacent hotel, 'Canopy by Hilton Okinawa Miyakojima Resort', and will serve as a new hub for vibrancy and tourism in Miyakojima. The facility will feature 8 shops and restaurants from Miyakojima, Okinawa Prefecture, and Tokyo. With a diverse range of dining, retail, and experiential shops, as well as a rooftop sunset terrace, it aims to be 'everyone's courtyard' where tourists visiting Miyakojima and local residents can gather casually.

To commemorate the grand opening, opening fairs will be held at each store starting April 1st (Wednesday), and an original tote bag gift campaign will be implemented.

We aim to provide visitors with new attractions and enjoyment that can only be experienced here and now. ＜1st Floor Stores＞ MUEH brewing ※First store opening, scheduled for May MUEH Brewing (Craft beer brewery, beer bar, restaurant) MUEH Brewing is a place to brew craft beer using island ingredients and limestone water. We offer a space where people can taste the local culture and scenery and interact.

＜Opening Fair＞ ※Closed on Thursday, April 2nd Limited-time pre-sale of canned craft beer. Customers who make a purchase will receive a special offer valid after the store opens in May.
