WillMate is a service developed based on the know-how of human resource development and organizational management cultivated through operating an organization of approximately 1,000 people. It supports not only information sharing but also the permeation of corporate philosophy, the fostering of a culture of recognition, and human resource development all within a single platform.

In conjunction with the official website launch, WillMate will exhibit at "Back Office World 2026 [Summer]," to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from July 8, 2026 (Wed.). At the exhibition, we will introduce the concept and main features of WillMate, as well as the organizational building concepts and utilization examples that Honegori Inc. has practiced.

As Honegori Inc. expanded its number of stores and employees, it faced challenges such as "the president's intentions not reaching the front lines" and "success stories getting buried within individual stores." The more the organization grew, the more apparent it became that relying solely on people for training had its limits. This real-life experience led to the creation of the human resource development platform "WillMate."

WillMate transforms human resource development from being "dependent on people" to being a "system" by enabling the sharing of daily learning and challenges, and spreading them throughout the organization through recognition and praise from management.
