What is Lucky Ticket?

Lucky Tickets are special-priced tickets issued in very limited quantities for each production. Lucky Tickets are awarded by lottery among applicants, and no membership registration is required, making them accessible to everyone. We aim to provide opportunities to obtain tickets shortly before the performance begins.

Application Flow

[STEP 1] Application

Access the "Lucky Ticket Application" for the relevant production and fill in the required information within the application period.

*You can select multiple desired performance dates and times, but you can only win for one performance. *Each person can apply only once per production. *Tickets are available in limited quantities for each production, and seat selection is not possible. *Lucky Tickets may not be available for certain performance dates and times.

[STEP 2] Receive Application Completion Email

An automatic email will be sent upon completion of your application.

[STEP 3] Lottery Date

*Only winners will receive a notification email around 2:00 PM on the lottery date. *The winning email will contain a purchase URL for the Lucky Ticket and a coupon ID. Please complete your purchase by 11:59 PM the following day. *If you do not receive the winning email or fail to purchase the ticket within the reservation deadline, your win will be invalidated. *Payment methods for purchase are limited to credit cards (VISA, Master, JCB).

[STEP 4] Ticket Collection

*On the day of the performance, tickets can be collected at the <On-the-Day Exchange Counter> at the theater starting one hour before curtain. *At the counter, you will be asked to verify your identity with: 1) Your reception number, 2) Your name, and 3) Proof of identification (e.g., driver's license, My Number card, student ID).
