'Shiratsume' is based on the 2020 film of the same name, and was adapted into an original stage musical by HoriPro in 2026.

Beni, the elder twin sister, returns after six years to face her younger sister Aoi, having served time for the murder of their mother. As the sisters reunite, they confront their painful pasts and gradually uncover the truth behind the crime and their family's secrets.
