'Oden and Yakitori Takeshi' is a new brand that combines the appeal of the 'Odenya Takeshi' specialty oden chain—which uses two types of broth, 'ago-dashi' (flying fish stock) and 'chicken dashi'—with yakitori, a staple of Japanese tavern culture.

Signature creative oden items will feature standard ingredients like daikon radish and eggs, as well as unique and seasonal offerings infused with the deep umami of the broth. The yakitori will be served in an approachable size, featuring a variety of skewers grilled to highlight the texture and flavor of each part.

Through this warm and vibrant tavern, the company aims to establish a presence in the Oji area as a place where local customers feel encouraged to stop by again or bring friends.
