The "Hakusan Shirakawa-go White Road" is a scenic drive course connecting Ishikawa Prefecture and Gifu Prefecture, with an elevation ranging from 600m to 1,450m and a total length of 33.3 km. Its charm lies in the deep green of summer and the sea of clouds from Kunimi Observatory and the "World Heritage Site Shirakawa-go" enveloped in autumn colors in the fall.

The 1.3km "Kakusenkei" promenade, the all-cypress "Kōrogi Bridge" dating back to the Edo period, and the river terraces (April-November) are full of atmosphere. Traditional culture such as Yamanaka lacquerware and Kutani ware thrives here, and you can enjoy strolling through the town centered around the public hot spring "Sōyu" throughout the seasons.
