HR Vision Inc. (President and CEO: Shiro Hayashi) will host the 'HR Conference 2026 Summer in Tokyo' on Wednesday, August 26, and Thursday, August 27, 2026, a gathering for business leaders across Japan to learn, reflect, and connect on people, organizations, and management.
Registration is now open via the dedicated website: https://jinjibu.jp/hr-conference/202608/
Background
Since the pandemic, many business events and learning opportunities have shifted online. The 'HR Conference' has continued in online format, enabling efficient knowledge sharing and attracting broad participation.
At the same time, feedback such as 'We can efficiently absorb information, but something feels missing' and 'We want a space to directly discuss with HR professionals from other companies' has been increasingly received.
In response, this year’s event will focus on the unique value of in-person interaction and will return to a physical venue for the first time in seven years. The two-day event aims to provide actionable insights for organizational development through face-to-face discussions and real-time discoveries.
Conference Concept
'DRIVE' — Acquire the momentum that only in-person interaction can generate to move people and organizations
Rather than one-way information delivery, the event will generate 'drive' — the momentum to solve HR challenges — through dialogue among participants and speakers.
Three Highlights and Features of 'HR Conference 2026 Summer in Tokyo'
- In-person workshops and discussions Selected sessions will include small-group workshops where participants bring their own company challenges and exchange insights. Attendees won’t just listen — they’ll think, discuss, and experience 'Input × Output' in real time.
- Practical insights from leading companies and experts Speakers include HR leaders and specialists who are shaping strategies in their respective fields. Discussions will go beyond success stories to include operational challenges and on-the-ground innovations — topics best shared in person.
- Networking among HR professionals HR professionals across talent acquisition, development, labor management, organizational development, and HR business partners will gather. Opportunities for exchanging business cards and sharing information will be available during sessions, enabling cross-company connections.
Featured Sessions (Selected Examples)
The conference will host numerous sessions directly addressing current HR challenges, including AI-era HR, human capital management, organizational culture transformation, and next-generation leadership development.
