Today, Wednesday, May 20, 2026, we are opening 'Shibuichi Bakery Jingumae,' a restaurant-originated bakery offering approximately 60 types of bread, aiming for a taste you will want to eat every day!
HUGE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshihiro Shinkawa), which operates 47 restaurants domestically and internationally, primarily in Tokyo and Yokohama but also in Kyoto and Okinawa, opens 'Shibuichi Bakery Jingumae' today, May 20, 2026.
As a 'bakery envisioned by a restaurant professional,' we have prepared around 60 types of bread that bring out the natural deliciousness of the ingredients. Based on the company's deeply valued 'ALL NATURAL' philosophy, which uses no chemical seasonings whatsoever, we pursue simple flavors that you won't tire of eating daily. On opening day, we will also be selling newly developed items, including the Tofu Donut series, alongside new breads exclusive to the Jingumae location.
Furthermore, to celebrate the store opening, starting May 20 (Wednesday), the first 800 customers who make a purchase of 1,000 yen or more (including tax) per transaction will receive a special gift set containing an original 'Shibuichi Bakery Jingumae' drawstring pouch and a HUGE original couverture bitter chocolate tablet (5 pieces).
A 'Restaurant-Originated Bakery' Aiming for a Taste You'll Want Every Day
Bagels that allow you to enjoy the natural flavor of the ingredients using naturally cultivated domestic wheat, and croissants finished with domestic butter and Maldon salt.
'Shibuichi Bakery' is a bakery where bakers sincerely engage with flour and raw materials, incorporating the techniques and ideas cultivated in restaurants like 'RIGOLETTO' into the bread.
Aiming for a 'simple, timeless taste you'll want to eat every day,' we provide breads that stay close to your daily life while offering a sense of something special.
Additionally, at 'Shibuichi Bakery,' guided by our cherished 'ALL NATURAL' philosophy, we do not use chemical seasonings. We pay close attention to the basic ingredients you consume daily—such as sugar, salt, and oil—pursuing a bread-making process that brings out the inherent deliciousness of the materials. Precisely because it is something eaten every day, we value a simple, timeless, and natural flavor.
From the selection of ingredients to the manufacturing process, we are thoroughly meticulous. We carefully bake each item one by one, such as baguettes and sandwich bread using naturally cultivated domestic wheat, and croissants finished with domestic butter and Maldon salt.
Moreover, the store features an open kitchen similar to a restaurant, allowing you to view the bread-baking process up close. While rooted in processes similar to home baking, our dedication to the careful selection, processing, and blending of flours realizes a flavor unique to our store.

1. Tofu Donut - 270 yen (tax included)
A new donut unique to Shibuichi Bakery, with tofu kneaded into the dough. The gentle flavor of tofu blends into the moist and chewy texture. We've achieved a deeper flavor while maintaining the light, melt-in-your-mouth feel. Available in a total of 3 varieties, including raisin cinnamon and lemon, allowing you to enjoy distinctly different flavors.
2. Rum Raisin Stick - 432 yen (tax included)
A stick bread generously filled with raisins slowly steeped in rum and rich fermented butter. The deep aroma of the rum, the intense sweetness of the raisins, and the rich depth of the butter overlap to create a dish that offers a touch of adult luxury.

A luxurious item combining corn, with its condensed sweetness, and milky, melt-in-your-mouth mozzarella cheese. The sweetness and saltiness of the ingredients perfectly harmonize, resulting in a flavor that makes you feel a rich abundance with every bite.
4. Salt Butter Dukkah - 302 yen (tax included)
'Dukkah,' a versatile herb mix originating from Egypt made of coarsely crushed aromatic nuts and spices, is paired with rich salted butter on bread. Though simple, a deep flavor unfolds, making it a perfect accompaniment to wine.
