1. Awareness of Hakajimai Agency Services is 67.00% When 100 people with experience in Hakajimai were asked, 'Did you know that there are Hakajimai agency services?', a combined total of 67 people (67.00%) were aware of the agency services' existence, consisting of 25 people (25.00%) who 'knew about it' and 42 people (42.00%) who 'found out about it by researching when closing the tomb.'
On the other hand, 33 people (33.00%) answered that they 'did not know.'
It was found that the segment who originally knew about it was limited to a quarter of the total, and the majority of cases involved recognizing the service for the first time while gathering information after actually facing the need for a tomb closure.
