Fufu Inc. This survey included questions about: ・Awareness of grave relocation agency services ・Actual usage ・Reasons for use ・Points prioritized when selecting a provider ・Satisfaction after use ・What was good and what was unsatisfactory ・Intention to recommend to others The response results were aggregated.

1. Awareness of Grave Relocation Agency Services is 67.00%

When 100 individuals with grave relocation experience were asked, "Did you know that grave relocation agency services exist?", a total of 67 people (67.00%) responded that they were aware of the existence of agency services, combining those who "knew" (25 people, 25.00%) and those who "learned about it when researching for grave relocation" (42 people, 42.00%). On the other hand, 33 people (33.00%) answered that they "did not know." The proportion of those who were aware beforehand was only a quarter of the total, indicating that a majority learned about the services through information gathering when they actually faced the need for grave relocation.
