Huis Ten Bosch, a theme park resort in Nagasaki Prefecture branded as 'A World of Dreams,' will host 'RIDE ON SUMMER’26' from Friday, July 17 to Sunday, September 13, offering a wide array of attractions including the latest rides, pools, and sunflower fields.

Today at noon, we unveiled the resort pool area 'European Aqua Lagoon,' making its debut this year, to members of the press ahead of the general public. Invited guests enjoyed a premium pool experience filled with a sense of escape from everyday life—relaxing in the shade with tropical drinks in hand while leisurely enjoying water play—truly savoring a 'European vacation' atmosphere.

Meanwhile, at the 'Water Garden,' guests were thrilled by the Mega Slider, which offers a swift descent with beautiful European-style streetscapes in the background, and the Grand Summer Pool, a 50-meter-diameter pool buzzing with lively cheers.

With another intensely hot summer expected, Huis Ten Bosch is strengthening heatstroke prevention measures park-wide to ensure guests can enjoy the park safely and comfortably. On the day of the press preview, a dedicated heatstroke prevention tour was held for media, showcasing various initiatives across the park to combat the heat and enhance guest comfort. These include the new 'Cool Lounge,' which expands indoor rest areas by approximately three times in space and more than double in seating capacity, the 'Free Flow' program offering all-day drink access at park beverage stations, and Miffy-themed cooling merchandise and summer-exclusive gourmet items.

Around noon, under the bright summer sun, we unveiled the newly introduced resort pool area 'European Aqua Lagoon' for the first time. An open and refreshing pool, inspired by the blue seas and white sandy beaches of beach resorts, blends seamlessly with European-style architecture, offering guests an ultimate sense of relaxation that transports them far from daily routines. Guests experienced the vacation atmosphere by swimming leisurely at their own pace and enjoying vibrant drinks and tropical cuisine. Additionally, premium seating options such as the 'Private Cabana,' offering a relaxed time akin to being at an overseas beach, and the 'Resort Flat Seat,' allowing guests to unwind under parasols, are available for an added fee, enabling guests to stay cool while fully enjoying the resort ambiance.

At the 'Water Garden,' guests can enjoy the popular 50-meter-diameter Grand Summer Pool and the Mega Slider, set against the backdrop of European-style streetscapes. Additionally, the 'Splash Field,' designed for young children to safely enjoy water play, was bustling with excitement as kids thrilled by the nearby erupting fountains.

This Summer: Enhanced Heatstroke Prevention Park-Wide for a Safe and Cool 'Excitement After Excitement!'

During this summer’s forecasted period of extreme heat and scorching days, Huis Ten Bosch is strengthening heatstroke prevention measures across the entire park to ensure guests can safely and comfortably enjoy the 'Excitement After Excitement!' experience.

Starting Friday, July 17, a new facility, the 'Cool Lounge,' will open, expanding indoor rest areas by approximately three times in size and more than double in seating capacity. In select indoor rest areas, guests may now enter with their pets.

Additionally, original merchandise allowing guests to stay cool with Miffy, along with summer-limited ice creams and drinks, will be available. The lineup has been upgraded from last year, satisfying desires for cuteness, coolness, and deliciousness.

Other initiatives include the 'Free Flow' program, offering all-day drink access at park beverage stations, and enhanced heatstroke prevention for host crew members who deliver smiles to guests, ensuring all stakeholders can enjoy Huis Ten Bosch safely and comfortably.
