Hyatt Regency Yokohama Announces 'Summer Fruit Afternoon Tea' and 'Summer Mojito Fair' at The Union Bar & Lounge

The Union Bar & Lounge at Hyatt Regency Yokohama (General Manager: Takashi Saito, Location: 280-2 Yamashita-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama) is pleased to announce the 'Summer Fruit Afternoon Tea,' featuring 10 iconic summer fruits: white peach, watermelon, mango, passion fruit, coconut, plum, lemon, fig, blueberry, and banana. These fresh fruits are incorporated into a variety of sweets and savory dishes, capturing the essence of summer. Additionally, we are offering four types of mojitos featuring seasonal fruits to enjoy during the summer season.

[Summer Fruit Afternoon Tea] The welcome drink, 'Peach Tropicana,' combines white peach fruit herbal tea with rich peach juice and fresh pineapple, finished with soda and mint for a refreshing summer taste.

The sweets selection includes 8 vibrant items such as 'White Peach and Verbena Jelly,' 'Mango Annin,' 'Watermelon Tart,' 'Blueberry and Lemon Blancmange,' and 'Tropical Fruit Cake.' We also feature a live performance of 'Mango Shaved Ice' served with condensed milk and rich mango sauce.

Savory items include 'Japanese Pork Pineapple Teriyaki Mini Burger,' 'Eggplant and Potato Bolognese Moussaka Quiche,' and 'Amberjack, Scallop, and White Peach Gazpacho.'
