(Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Osaka) will install products from its botanical lifestyle brand [BOTANIST] and minimalist beauty appliance brand [SALONIA] as amenities in the sauna of the 'niko and ... BASE' complex (Location: Mito, Ibaraki), which is being opened by Adastria Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) on Thursday, April 23, 2026.

About the Initiative

The style-editorial brand 'niko and ...', which develops apparel, miscellaneous goods, furniture, and food and beverage services, is producing the 'niko and ... BASE' complex as its first park project. By establishing this facility in Senba Park, a place of relaxation for Mito citizens in the brand's founding location, it aims for new development as a place that connects the community of regional activities. The attached sauna is enveloped in the scent of wood from Yamizo timber, and through an open-air bathing deck equipped with a cold water bath, you can experience a flow of heat, wind, cold, and light that leads to a state of 'totonou' (deep relaxation).

Aiming for a 'powder room that refreshes both mind and hair' in the sauna, we have decided to install items from BOTANIST and SALONIA as amenities to provide a higher-grade glossy hair experience. The powder room will be named 'Sauna Haircare Room by BOTANIST & SALONIA,' where you can use BOTANIST's <shampoo and treatment> that repairs hair by using heat to its advantage, and SALONIA's <I-shaped dryer and hair iron> that suppress heat damage and lead to glossy hair. BOTANIST's <foam body soap> that moisturizes the skin with dense foam will also be available.

Furthermore, BOTANIST and SALONIA will be available on the 'and ST' web store, which has 21.7 million members, starting from March, and we aim to collaborate with the and ST HD group in the future.
