MeDiet Japan 2026 marks the beginning of a new stage, integrating the academic and enlightening format of the symposium held in 2021 with the dynamism and direct engagement unique to in-person events. The theme this time is "Longevity," focusing on one of the most important and timely topics in the global health and wellness sector.
The 2026 event will be held in Tokyo for two days on Friday, October 16th, and Saturday, October 17th.
This event will consist of seminar sessions and an exhibition area featuring brands and organizations in the health, food, and wellness sectors. In the seminar area, internationally renowned experts in the field of longevity will give lectures over two days, with a program combining in-person and remote participation. A large number of attendees are expected from both the general public and industry professionals.
