ICEYE, a world leader in small synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite constellations supporting defense and disaster management, has secured a three-year committed revolving credit facility (RCF) totaling €300 million. This RCF is designed to support the issuance of guarantees for customer contracts and strengthen ICEYE's financial foundation as it scales its global business in response to the growing global demand for space intelligence in the defense and disaster relief sectors.

The RCF involves seven participating banks, including regional financial institutions from the Nordic region and global financial institutions. The complementary expertise and global business networks of these institutions align with ICEYE's global growth strategy, serving as a crucial foundation for future business expansion. Citigroup and Danske Bank acted as joint global coordinators and lead arrangers.

Quote from John Laurio, ICEYE Global CFO

'2025 was a significant year for ICEYE, marked by simultaneous growth in revenue, profitability, and cash generation. This RCF demonstrates continued trust in ICEYE's business and underscores our diverse capital-raising capability to support rapid global growth. As the demand for sovereign space intelligence capability rises, it further increases our financial flexibility.'

ICEYE achieved strong growth in 2025, including doubling its business scale. The company anticipates similar growth in 2026 and will use this credit facility to further enhance its ability to address the rapidly expanding demand for space intelligence in defense and disaster management.
