Ichigo Launches Community Co-creation Program at 'THE VILLAGE OSAKA' Setup Office

In March 2026, Ichigo opened its first full-building setup office, 'THE VILLAGE OSAKA,' located a two-minute walk from Sakaisuji-Hommachi Station in Osaka. The company has now launched a new community co-creation program at the facility.

As part of Ichigo's 'Village' office brand, the facility aims to form a community involving tenants and the local area. For this initiative, Ichigo has partnered with Ginger Lab, a subsidiary of Spice Factory Inc. that resides in the building. By outsourcing the planning and operation of the program to Ginger Lab, Ichigo intends to foster an environment where startups and entrepreneurs can interact, facilitating collaborations and the creation of new businesses.

### Three Core Functions of the Regular Event Program

The program will be held twice a month, focusing on three core functions:

- **Business Matching**: Creating opportunities for concrete negotiations and Proof of Concepts (PoC) between large enterprises, startups, and tenant companies. - **Entrepreneurship and Business Development Support**: Providing feedback on ideas from experts in DX and business development, and conducting pitch sessions and workshops. - **Knowledge Sharing and Community Formation**: Sharing insights on AI, DX, and new business to boost the business propulsion capabilities of participants.

### From a 'Place of Interaction' to a 'Place of Business Creation'

Ichigo aims to build a new co-creation model starting from the office facility by leveraging Ginger Lab's expertise in connecting social issues with business. In addition to creating models for social implementation from the Kansai region, the company aims to evolve THE VILLAGE OSAKA from a mere 'place of interaction' into a 'place where business is born.'
