InterContinental Osaka (Location: Kita-ku, Osaka; General Manager: Jerome Parmentier) is pleased to announce that Specialty Restaurant Pierre has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide Kyoto & Osaka 2026, marking its 10th consecutive year of recognition. To commemorate this milestone, as the second part of our 10th-anniversary celebration events, we are delighted to welcome Chef Julien Dumas, also a Michelin one-star chef from Paris, France, for a limited-time gourmet experience.
Chef Dumas honed his skills in numerous restaurants produced by Alain Ducasse. He and Head Chef Hitoshi Shibahara of Specialty Restaurant Pierre, who previously worked at 'Le Comptoir de Benoit' during a limited-time promotion, met there. After parting ways to further their careers and achieve various accomplishments, these two chefs will reunite to showcase their culinary prowess in a special four-day event.
Through this collaboration with Chef Dumas, who is recognized in France, we invite you to a new world of gastronomy, celebrating the 10-year journey and future evolution of Specialty Restaurant Pierre.
