【Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya】Perfect for Summer Evenings. Special “Pink Flamingo Beer Garden” to be held from May 1 (Fri) on the terrace

Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya (Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Prin Pathanatnam), a lifestyle boutique hotel that inspires creativity and embodies Shibuya culture, announces the launch of its special plan “Pink Flamingo Beer Garden” from May 1, 2026 (Friday). This summer evening event, featuring casual food, will be held on the terrace of Gallery 11, the all-day dining on the 11th floor.

Reservations will open from April 1, 2026 (Wednesday).

Executive Chef Davide di Dio, originally from Naples, will present Pizza Margherita. In addition, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside fried chicken will be served with Davide's special sauce, featuring the depth of roasted garlic and the accent of yuzu kosho. Both dishes pair exceptionally well with beer.

Experience a relaxing time in the heart of the city while feeling the dynamic energy of Shibuya. You can also enjoy the coolness of frozen margaritas as you like.

Furthermore, char-grilled yakitori, with its appetizing smoky aroma, will also be available separately. It's a perfect dish for a summer evening.

Summer nights spent with loved ones, overlooking the night view of Shibuya, will be even more enjoyable with the unique food and drinks of the beer garden.

A carefully selected lineup of drinks will be available. As a selection from Maison Pommery & Associés, which offers a variety of brands centered on champagne, Pink Flamingo (White/Rosé) and Louis Pommery (Sparkling) will be featured.
