Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya's Neapolitan Executive Chef to Launch Signature Menus from April 15

Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya, located in Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, will introduce new signature Italian menus at its 11th-floor all-day dining restaurant, Gallery 11 Restaurant & Bar, starting April 15, 2026. Reservations will also open on the same date. The menu features a carbonara with homemade tonnarelli using organic egg yolks and meringue-like egg whites, a seven-layer lasagna with beef and pork bolognese and béchamel sauce, a crispy pork cutlet alla Milanese served with cherry tomato salad and Parmesan fondue, Davide's special pizza inspired by Genoese savory pies and Italian street food, and a traditional tiramisu with coffee, chocolate, and infused whipped cream. Main dishes are priced from 2,264 yen and desserts at 1,296 yen (tax included, service charge separate). The restaurant operates from 11:30 to 22:30 (last order 22:00). Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya opened on August 29, 2023, has 272 rooms, and is part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, a global hospitality company with 21 hotel brands.
