IKEA Japan to Launch 'Summer Limited Menu' Starting June 4, 2026

IKEA Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of the Swedish home furnishing company IKEA, which operates under the vision of "creating a better everyday life for the many people," will launch its "Summer Limited Menu" for a limited time from June 4 (Thursday) to August 31 (Monday), 2026, at IKEA stores nationwide.

A highlight is the chicken leg with a special ginger sauce, appearing for the first time. The sauce, rich in sliced onions, offers a fun texture and familiar flavor that pairs perfectly with rice. It is a satisfying dish that keeps you eating even when your appetite is low during the summer. In addition, "Salsa & Chips" will be available, featuring a refreshing salsa sauce made with tomatoes and cucumbers paired with tortilla chips. The moderate spiciness serves as a perfect summer accent. The menu also includes customer favorites like the plant balls topped with satisfying and healthy yangnyeom cheese sauce.
