Craft Gin Born from the Island Wins Double Awards: Grand Prize and Governor's Award at 'Nagasaki Local Specialty New Product Exhibition'! — Ikinokura Distillery

We are pleased to announce that 'JAPANESE IKINOCRAFT GIN ORIGINAL', a craft gin produced by Ikinokura Distillery Co., Ltd. (CEO: Fukutaro Ishibashi, Headquarters: Iki City, Nagasaki Prefecture), has won the Grand Prize in the alcohol and beverage category at the 2025 Nagasaki Local Specialty New Product Exhibition.

Furthermore, it also received the Governor's Award, which is selected as the single best item among the Grand Prize winners in each category.

About the Nagasaki Local Specialty New Product Exhibition

Judging is conducted across the product as a whole, including the impression/appearance of the target product, quality, marketability/needs, Nagasaki-likeness, and suitability as a souvenir. One Grand Prize product is selected from each of the agricultural processed goods, alcohol/beverage, marine processed goods, sweets/desserts, and crafts/daily necessities/other categories. From these four category Grand Prize winners, one product is determined for the Governor's Award. This marks the 57th exhibition, and it was selected from a large number of applicants.
