IKUSA Conducts Survey on Internal Corporate Events, Confirming 99.5% Satisfaction Rate

IKUSA, a company that revitalizes corporate communication through 'play,' conducted a survey on the satisfaction and effectiveness of internal corporate events supported by their team, targeting 620 participants.

Key Survey Findings: - 94.2% reported being able to forget their job titles and become fully immersed. - 70.8% found it easier to engage in work-related consultations and casual conversations afterwards. - 88.8% felt more positive towards their company or team. - 91.6% discovered new facets of their colleagues. - 83.7% felt they could collaborate to achieve difficult goals.

The overall satisfaction rate was 99.5%, with staff satisfaction at 99.2% and an NPS of +23.7.

When asked about areas they want to strengthen for organizational development, 'unity and solidarity' was the most common response (28.2%), followed by 'inter-departmental cooperation' (22.9%).
