Imacrea Selected for "Women's Telework Support Services" in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture for the Second Consecutive Year

This is the second consecutive year the Company has been awarded this contract, following the fiscal year 2025. This year, new programs such as "Digital Marketing Course" and "Generative AI Utilization Course" will be introduced to strengthen support for acquiring digital skills that are in high demand in the job market.

This service aims to support women in expanding their work opportunities and challenging new ways of working by promoting telework as a diversified employment style, providing opportunities to improve knowledge and skills related to it, and offering support to transition into telework employment.

Details of Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture Women's Telework Support Services

The Company's services will target women residing or studying in Nagaoka City who are interested in starting telework or wish to actually begin telework employment. The program will provide a one-stop service including four telework seminars and skill-up courses, followed by employment support after course completion.

【Program Content】

(1) Telework Introductory Seminar & Digital Skill-Up Course

In addition to a seminar explaining the basics of telework, courses aimed at acquiring practical digital skills such as "Digital Marketing Course" and "Generative AI Utilization Course" will be offered. By incorporating role-playing and simulated work experiences, the program aims to cultivate digital talent who can be immediately effective after program completion.

(2) Career Consulting

For course graduates who wish to participate, national-qualified career consultants and current teleworkers will provide individual advice, from creating self-promotion materials to searching for job information. This support aims to resolve psychological anxieties and assist with the first step.

(3) Business Matching and Employment Opportunity Provision Aiming for 100% Employment

For graduates who meet certain skill requirements and wish to participate, the Company will enter into a business consignment contract and provide opportunities to work as teleworkers. Through this, the goal is to achieve 100% employment for graduates who wish to work remotely.
