RJC Research conducted a survey on 'AI Interviews' with 1,050 participants. The results reveal a clear generational divide: younger individuals (20s-30s) view AI as a convenient tool for efficiency and unbiased data collection, whereas older generations (50s-60s) are more hesitant due to concerns about data handling. The study identifies 'anonymity' as the most critical condition for participation (57.8%). Users clearly distinguish roles, expecting AI to provide 24/7 convenience and fairness, while reserving deep empathy and contextual understanding for human-led interviews. This data supports the rollout of the new 'mirAI Interview' service.
