[Infinity Agent] Announcement Regarding Executive Personnel Changes

Infinity Agent Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yuhei Okada; hereinafter "the Company") announced that Kazuki Nomura was newly appointed as a director at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on March 31, 2026, with his assumption of office effective April 1, 2026, for the purpose of strengthening its management structure. Under the new structure, the Company will continue to pursue its mission of "unleashing infinite possibilities through sales and marketing" and further provide value to its customers.

New Executive Director Kazuki Nomura

Born in 1985, from Niigata Prefecture. After joining transcosmos inc. in 2008, he engaged in digital marketing sales, and in 2019, he was appointed as the youngest (at the time) sales department manager at the company. He joined the Company in 2025. He is responsible for the sales organizations of the digital marketing business and DX business, and assumed the position of director in April 2026.
