Infoblox is expanding its visibility from trusted network identity and DNS context to real-time traffic intelligence, path visualization, and AI-guided workflows across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, enabling a single, AI-ready operational data foundation.

Infoblox (headquartered in Santa Clara, California, USA), a leading platform for proactive security and critical network services, announced on July 8, 2026, US time, that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Kentik, a company known for its expertise in network intelligence and observability.
