Inspire Entertainment Resort (hereinafter referred to as Inspire) will offer limited-time summer menus at its four signature restaurants from Monday, June 1, to Tuesday, August 31, 2026. In Korea, a culinary tradition of eating nutritious food during the hottest period of the lunar calendar, known as 'Boknal' (dog days), is deeply rooted to help people overcome the heat. Inspired by this unique Korean summer food culture, Inspire is launching special menus at each restaurant that are perfect for the hot season.

The buffet restaurant 'Chef's Kitchen' will feature cold dishes such as Thai Tom Yum Rice Noodles and Chinese Cold Noodles, along with dishes utilizing fresh summer ingredients like corn.

The Chinese restaurant 'HongPan' will offer the 'Summer Nourishment Set (for 2 people),' recommended for combating summer fatigue, which includes Cantonese-style medicinal soup with chicken and dates, and Peking duck.

The modern Japanese restaurant 'Minagi' will present the 'Summer Teppanyaki Course' using seasonal seafood and vegetables, as well as the 'Summer Nourishing Japanese Set Meal' featuring corn and eggplant puree, grilled eel, and chicken hot pot.

'Garden Farm Café,' with its farm-to-table concept, will feature grilled meats including lamb marinated with fresh vegetables and spices, and a Mediterranean-style salad bar where guests can freely combine various vegetables. Guests can enjoy their own custom salad bowls that are refreshing even in the hot weather.

Furthermore, the 'Aurora Night Market,' held every Saturday, will gather local foods from across Korea, such as Myeongdong street food and food booths inspired by Gwangjang Market, under the 150-meter-long immersive digital street 'Aurora.' Alongside live performances and digital art displays, guests can experience the authentic atmosphere of a Korean night market and enjoy Korean street food without worrying about the heat or weather, offering a unique summer entertainment experience only at Inspire.

A spokesperson commented, "With the early arrival of hot weather this year compared to previous years, we have prepared a variety of new menus and unique dining experiences to allow our guests to enjoy the unique culinary delights of summer. Inspire is a 'playcation resort' where guests can spend their time regardless of the weather. We invite you to enjoy a special time this summer at Inspire, where relaxation, entertainment, and gourmet food come together."
