As 2026 marks the centenary of architect Antoni Gaudí's passing, Casa Batlló is intensifying its cultural programming. The landmark joined YKK AP's international project 'Gaudí: Windows on the Future,' exploring architecture and creativity through Gaudí's iconic window designs, bridging Barcelona and Japan. Throughout June, 'Gaudí Window Nights' offered daily free admission slots alongside a YKK AP pop-up exhibition and a limited-edition book. Building on this momentum, Casa Batlló will open 'Gaudí-Miró-Gomis: Deconstructed' on July 8, 2026, co-produced with the Joan Miró Foundation. The exhibition reinterprets the creative worlds of Gaudí, painter Joan Miró, and photographer Joaquim Gomis using original works, digital installations, generative AI, 3D scanning, and photogrammetry to deliver an immersive experience at the intersection of architecture, art, and technology.
