The Matsue store is the second location for 283Crepe, which originally operates in Aoya, Tottori. Based on the concept of "crepes made by a pastry shop," it features a crispy dough carefully baked one by one upon order and light fresh cream from Daisen Dairy that is not overly sweet.

The most popular item, "Strawberry Sugar Butter with Fresh Cream," is priced at 1,200 yen (tax included), featuring milk, cream, and butter from Daisen Dairy.

Despite being located in a residential area, the shop has received a significant response daily, with many customers visiting after seeing social media posts or even traveling from the Tottori store. Feedback includes comments like "The cream is light and easy to finish," "A texture I've never experienced before," and "A sudden stylish space in a residential neighborhood."

Furthermore, 283Crepe actively uses ingredients from both Tottori and Shimane. Valuing the desire to "connect the San'in region" through blessings from the earth sourced directly from producers, the shop plans to develop limited-time menus using regional ingredients in the future.
