Region-Specific Matching Service 'Job Antenna Ehime' Surpasses 5,000 Registered Users

Interactive Inc. (Headquarters: Ginowan City, Okinawa Prefecture; President: Takahide Usui) announced that 'Job Antenna Ehime,' a region-specific interactive job matching service, surpassed 5,000 registered users on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

Job Antenna is a regional matching service that combines a large number of listings with interactive features. Since both job postings and users are localized, the risk of mismatches is minimized. The matching process incorporates the 'Iikamo!' feature, where companies and job seekers send interest signals to each other, enabling cost-effective, proactive recruitment.

Since launching in Okinawa in 2016, Job Antenna expanded to Hokkaido in 2021 in partnership with the Hokkaido Shimbun Press. In 2022, under the concept of 'a platform connecting local companies with people,' it began nationwide expansion and has entered job and recruitment media markets across Japan.

As of May 19, the site features information on over 60 companies and more than 240 job listings in Ehime, ranging from local firms to IT and internet-related companies. Due to the diversity of industries, user numbers have been growing steadily.
