(Headquarters: Ginowan City, Okinawa Prefecture, President: Takahide Usui, hereinafter "Interactive") is pleased to announce that its regional job matching service "Job Antenna" has surpassed 150,000 registered members across all nine locations in Okinawa, Hokkaido, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Kyoto, Kagoshima, Ehime, Toyama, and Yamagata, reaching a total of 151,551 members as of July 1, 2026 (Wed).

About Job Antenna

Job Antenna is a "region-specific job matching service" that combines a rich number of job postings with a two-way matching function. Both the listed jobs and registered members are region-specific, which helps to prevent hiring mismatches. The matching system incorporates the "Iikamo!" (Might Like!) feature, allowing users to send signals to companies or job seekers they are interested in, enabling "proactive recruitment" for highly cost-effective hiring activities.

Job Antenna began its service in Okinawa in 2016. In 2021, it expanded to Hokkaido as its first regional expansion, launching services specifically for companies in Hokkaido in collaboration with the Hokkaido Shimbun Press. Since 2022, with the concept of a "platform connecting companies and people in local regions," it has been expanding nationwide, entering the job and転職 media market in Fukuoka, followed by Kumamoto, Kyoto, Kagoshima, Ehime, Toyama, and Yamagata, where it has launched and operates Job Antenna independently.

Trends in Member Numbers

The number of registered members for "Job Antenna Okinawa" steadily increased from its launch, surpassing 10,000 in February 2021. Subsequently, by acquiring attractive job postings such as original and high-level positions, and with the opening of "Job Antenna Hokkaido" and "Job Antenna Fukuoka," the total reached 30,000 in October 2022. With the opening of "Job Antenna Kumamoto" and "Job Antenna Kyoto," it exceeded 50,000 in September 2023. While continuing to grow its member base in these regions, the opening of "Job Antenna Kagoshima" led to achieving 100,000 members in June 2025.

Following this, regional expansion continued with the launch of "Job Antenna Ehime," "Job Antenna Toyama," and "Job Antenna Yamagata," leading to the current milestone of surpassing 150,000 members. Notably, while it took approximately 4 years for the first 10,000 members to register, the most recent 10,000 members registered in approximately 2 months, indicating an acceleration in growth speed alongside the expansion of locations. The cumulative number of successful matches*1 since the service began is 291,600.

Two-Way Matching Function for "Proactive Recruitment"

The matching system incorporates "proactive recruitment," which allows for active approaches to job seekers and listed companies, in addition to traditional "passive recruitment." The process is simple: if you find a company or job seeker you are interested in, you first send an "Iikamo!" signal. Once both parties match, a "mutual Iikamo!" is established, after which communication can proceed via chat. This casual and prompt contact through "Iikamo!" enhances job seeker engagement and leads to successful hiring. Additionally, by sending the regional original "Super Iikamo!" (Chō Iikamo!), users can express a stronger interest to the receiving company or job seeker.
