In addition to peach mousse with white peach oolong tea jelly, we have created elegant and gorgeous sweets by combining seasonal peaches with carefully selected teas, such as peach cream puffs using the Strings original blend tea. For savory items, we have prepared a menu that allows you to enjoy a light and sophisticated summer taste, such as Pani Puri with an accent of texture, a dish layering the sweetness of peaches with the saltiness of cheese and prosciutto, and a refreshing gazpacho woven with basil and tomatoes. Please spend a high-quality moment wrapped in the cool lingering scent of peaches and tea, along with the summer sunlight pouring into the open space with a ceiling height of 27 meters.
