This allows Izumi Kosan to complete expense approvals on the same day, a process that previously took 1-2 days. The system uses AI OCR for receipts and automates transit fare calculations, significantly reducing manual application and verification efforts. Because Izumi Kosan already used invox for invoices, employees adapted quickly without new training. This marks a major step toward a fully digitized back-office.
