Itoki Corporation has renovated approximately 2,700 square meters of the 12th floor at its 'ITOKI DESIGN HOUSE TOKYO' headquarters showroom. The renovation is centered on the concept of 'maximizing human capital and evolving team operations for better results,' informed by data analysis of performance levels and location information.

Between 2021 and 2026, the number of employees at the headquarters increased by approximately 1.5 times (from 850 to 1,300), while space per employee decreased by 35%. Despite this, improvements in the work environment helped raise perceived productivity to 80.0 points and ROE to 17.7% by 2025.

Key features of the renovation include the installation of six 'Team Co-work Zones' based on spatial data insights, allowing for fluid transitions between individual and team work. Additionally, prototypes of 'ITOKI OFFICE DEVICES,' which utilize AI sensors to visualize office utilization and eliminate inefficiencies, have been implemented.
