Sakai Coffee strives to create the "world's best pancakes," which are made by whipping meringue after receiving an order and carefully baking each one on a copper plate for a unique fluffy and moist texture. From the shared parking lot in front of the store, guests can enjoy a close-up view of the magnificent Mt. Fuji. The store also serves its signature original blend coffee, made from 100% Arabica beans based in Colombia and roasted with a unique full-city roast.
