J-CAT x JR East: Bringing Aomori's "Blessings of the Four Seasons" to the World

J-CAT Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Ryu Iikura, hereinafter referred to as "J-CAT") has partnered with East Japan Railway Company (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yoichi Kise, hereinafter referred to as "JR East") to launch high-value experience plans and travel programs for inbound tourists in the Aomori area through "Wabunka," J-CAT's platform for delivering experiences to inbound visitors.

This project merges J-CAT's unique "ability to interpret regional context" with JR East's extensive network within the region. We have redefined Aomori's unique charm, shaped by its four distinct seasons, into "special experiences and journeys" for global guests, establishing new value through travel that delves into the depths of Japan.

Stress-Free, Impressive Experiences Connecting Shinkansen to Private Hire Leveraging Aomori's advantage of being accessible from Tokyo by a single Shinkansen ride, we have designed a high-quality travel experience that begins the moment you step off the train. To efficiently and luxuriously explore the vast area, we offer "travel programs" utilizing private hire vehicles.
