DSM Partners, whose secretariat is managed by the Japan Public Affairs Association (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroya Masuda), held its FY2025 Activity Report Meeting on Thursday, March 19, 2026, welcoming professionals in charge of DX and human resources from various enterprises and local governments.

DSM Partners was launched in April 2023 as a voluntary community to utilize the Digital Skill Standard in enterprises and local governments, and to share the knowledge and best practices gained from it.

As the FY2025 Activity Report Meeting for DSM Partners, the secretariat first reported on the activities of DSM Partners for FY2025.

Following this, the chairperson explained the results and deliverables of the Educational Content Working Group and the Assessment Working Group. In response, Takashi Iwamoto, a board member of the association (Keio University), emphasized the importance of utilizing skill data and visualizing learning outcomes derived from it.

Subsequently, the secretariat explained the deliverables for FY2025.

The next meeting of DSM Partners, the 1st General Meeting of FY2026, will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, starting at 15:00. A lecture by Board Member Takashi Iwamoto and an explanation of the activity plan for FY2026 are scheduled.

DSM Partners will continue to collaborate with relevant ministries and other stakeholders, accumulating discussions with enterprises and municipalities on challenges and solutions related to the utilization of digital skill standards and the securing and development of digital talent, aiming for the social implementation of the Digital Skill Standard.
