(Representative Director: Akiyuki Ebihara) will hold a free online seminar on June 11, 2026 (Thursday), titled "Conditions for Real Estate Crowdfunding Operators to be Selected as the 'Next Choice': Lessons from COZUCHI and Marketing Designs Back-Calculated from Investor Behavior."

In this seminar, using investor behavior data accumulated through the operation of the real estate crowdfunding service "COZUCHI," Mr. Yutomo Irisawa, Representative Director of STAIRS Co., Ltd., will serve as a guest lecturer to explain marketing strategies for becoming an operator chosen by investors.
