The Japan Automobile Federation (JAF) Hiroshima Branch (Branch Chief: Hideaki Furuya) will exhibit a JAF booth at the 'VICTOIRE CYCLE CUP,' taking place on Monday, July 20, 2026 (a national holiday), at Numata Driving School in Asaminami-ku, Hiroshima City.
The 'VICTOIRE CYCLE CUP' is a cycling race event designed for everyone—beginners and competitive riders, children and adults, regardless of age or gender—to participate safely and enjoyably. The event aims to promote cycling culture by increasing access to racing experiences and spreading awareness of competitive cycling.
At the JAF booth, visitors can participate in traffic safety quizzes to receive a driver's-license-style card called the 'Children's Safety License.' Additionally, JAF will operate a 'Seatbelt Effect Experience Vehicle,' which simulates the impact of a car collision at 5 km/h, allowing participants to experience firsthand the importance of wearing seatbelts.
