JAM Inc. (Headquarters: Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City; CEO: Kensuke Tanaka; hereinafter "the company") announces that its co-hosted seminar for multi-unit restaurant operators, held with Dainy Co., Ltd., attracted over 150 participants cumulatively across two events in Fukuoka (March 2026) and Osaka (May 2026).
Responding to strong feedback and participant requests for deeper insights into post-acquisition operational challenges, the third seminar will be held for the first time in Tokyo, at Shinagawa, on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
Background of the Third (Tokyo) Event
The first and second seminars addressed the limitations and structural issues of SNS-based customer acquisition, sharing data-driven marketing strategies based on research and analytics. Attendees expressed strong interest in learning about post-acquisition retention strategies and operational challenges in multi-unit expansion.
To meet these demands, the third seminar will welcome Shikomer Food Tech Co., Ltd., a company specializing in standardizing food preparation and improving operational efficiency. The program will now comprehensively cover three key areas: "New Customer Acquisition," "Average Check Growth & Operational Efficiency," and "Customer Retention & AI Utilization."
