'Designing the Future of Ballet' ~ Towards a future where those who love ballet can become positive ~

For those who dance ballet, those who watch it, and those who watch over it. We will gradually realize a society where people can rejoice in their encounter with ballet and enjoy life more fully.

Jardin des Costumes (Osaka City, Representative: Akiko Kimura), which handles custom-made ballet costumes, supports April Dream, a project that aims to make April 1st a day to express dreams. This press release is the dream of Jardin des Costumes.

What is the dream for 2026?

Jardin des Costumes was founded in September 2022. In the April Dream of April 1, 2024, stemming from the topic of a fashion show decided for that September within the Paris Fashion Week period, we released a statement seeking companions to help create a 'future where adult women who love ballet shine.'

And this time, we are declaring once again that we aim for a future where everyone who loves ballet can become positive, and as one of the means to achieve this, we will put our full effort into advancing projects that make 'Adult-rinas' (adult ballet dancers) smile in 2026.

Paris Fashion Week and After

The collection 'Bal de Fleurs' presented in Paris was well-received locally, with all 12 looks featured on the websites of 5 Western media outlets. Furthermore, we will grace the end of the first part of the ballet event Be+ Ballet Entertainment (ROHM Theatre Kyoto Main Hall) in March 2025, which has served as an opportunity to gradually make the existence of Jardin des Costumes known within the ballet world.
