Entries for the '4th National High School Policy Koshien,' organized by the Junior Chamber International Japan, closed on May 31. This year, entries were received from all 47 prefectures, reaching a record high of 1,010 teams and 3,045 students. The contest invites high school students to propose policies for Japan's future. Regional preliminary tournaments will be held in 10 locations starting July 28, and winning teams will advance to the final tournament at the National Diet Building in August.
