Japan Digital Serve (JDS) will host a tasting event, 'THE CRAFT SAKE: Toast with Fine Sake (Shikoku Edition),' on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Shibuya Cast Space/Garden as part of its 'satonoka project' for regional revitalization. This event gathers fine sake, gin, whiskey, beer, shochu, and plum wine from Shikoku—all featured in the original satonoka program 'THE CRAFT SAKE: Visiting Regional Fine Sake (Shikoku Edition)'—in Shibuya, Tokyo, for a 90-minute all-you-can-drink paid tasting session. To help attendees deeply appreciate the drinks, which are packed with the local climate and craftsmanship of Shikoku, the program will be screened on a large screen at the venue. All 10 sake breweries featured in the program will participate. Brewers will be present at the venue, allowing attendees to interact with them. Furthermore, a free-to-enter market will be held in the adjacent Shibuya Cast Garden, featuring food trucks and various booths. In addition to local specialties from the four prefectures of Shikoku, some of the sake provided at the tasting event will also be available.
