About 70% of People Didn't Sufficiently Consider Floor Protection Before Moving In; Approx. 55% Cite Floor Vulnerability to Scratches as a Housing Concern

JEB Co., Ltd. conducted an awareness survey on housing floors among 500 homeowners aged 20 to 59. The results revealed that 71.40% of respondents did not sufficiently consider floor scratch and stain protection before moving in. Meanwhile, the most common floor-related concern was 'easily scratched' at 54.58%. Additionally, 60.60% had never heard of floor coating. Despite prevalent worries about daily floor maintenance and cleaning, awareness of floor coating as a preventive pre-move-in measure remains low. To address this, JEB proposes its flagship glass floor coating 'EPCOAT', which features over 30 years of durability, as an effective solution before placing furniture.
