New Japan Pro-Wrestling's Hiroyoshi Tenzan Retires; "Cheering Vision" Accepting Applications to Decorate Ryogoku Kokugikan with Fan Sentiments

(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Akihiko Ishikawa, hereinafter "jeki") will begin accepting applications for the "Cheering Vision" project, where fans can express their gratitude, in preparation for the retirement of Hiroyoshi Tenzan at New Japan Pro-Wrestling's "G1 CLIMAX 36" to be held at Ryogoku Kokugikan on August 15, 2026.

"The "Bull" Hiroyoshi Tenzan, known for his trademark blonde mullet and fierce expression. He has dedicated 35 years to New Japan Pro-Wrestling since his debut in 1991. He is a three-time G1 CLIMAX winner, a four-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion, and formed the legendary tag team "Tenzan & Kojima" that left its mark on pro-wrestling history. Now, Tenzan will bring his active career to a close in the ring at Ryogoku Kokugikan, a venue filled with his most cherished memories.

On this special night, a "Cheering Vision" featuring messages from fans will be displayed at Ryogoku Kokugikan. Furthermore, after the display, participants will receive a portrait signed by Tenzan.
