"by age 18," a plant-based, gluten-free udon restaurant in Kagawa Prefecture that has welcomed over 10,000 visitors and opened its second store in Malaysia last year, will hold a one-day limited event in Toranomon on April 17, 2026 (Friday). On this special day, Chef Katsuzo Kusumoto of "Vegan Restaurant Sai-do," who supervises all the menus at our restaurant, will personally serve by age 18's udon and dishes. Additionally, a talk session on the future of Japanese food will be held with three speakers: Morilow Murakami, Founder of by age 18; Chef Kusumoto; and Mr. Unno from Sustainable Food Asia. In the latter half, business concepts, including by age 18's global expansion plans, will be announced. Let's question the common sense of food for a day in Toranomon.
