### Exhibition Highlights The displayed "ACM-01 Shiraha" features a 1.9-meter wingspan and a wooden airframe structure utilizing domestic components. Specifically designed for training and short-range operations, the aircraft is intended to be used, consumed, and replaced as part of a high-frequency training cycle. During the event, visitors from various sectors discussed the potential for domestic mass production and the application of low-cost drones in education and disaster response.

### CEO Vision CEO Shota Kunii emphasized a "vision-driven" approach, contrasting it with traditional, rigid Japanese corporate planning. He noted that while Japan excels at incremental progress, it must leverage its cultural imagination—seen in anime and robotics—to drive technological breakthroughs. ### Future Outlook Following significant international interest, JISDA is now focused on establishing a domestic mass production system. The company revealed that more than 20 derivative patterns of the Shiraha are currently under consideration, ranging in materials and configurations to meet specific mission requirements.
