【Event Exhibition Announcement】Exhibition at the Rental Housing Fair 2026

Ricoh will exhibit at the Rental Housing Fair 2026, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight on July 29 (Wed) and 30 (Thu), 2026.

At our booth, we will introduce 'Panorama Movie,' an AI-powered service that automatically generates property introduction videos from 360-degree spatial data. Through collaboration with LIFULL HOME'S, real estate businesses can experience the new appeal of videos without significantly increasing the burden of new shooting or editing work.

In addition to mini-seminars and demonstrations at the venue, we will also introduce the features, merits, and usage methods of 'Panorama Movie' through various panels.

Using panorama images posted on LIFULL HOME'S, AI analyzes the connection of spaces. It automatically generates property introduction videos with property names and room names reflected. Without performing video editing or telop creation work, you can aim for improved response rates with uniformly high-quality videos.

We will also introduce the 'RICOH THETA X Dedicated Set' specialized for property shooting and the operational methods that realize business efficiency from shooting to posting.
