What is "Piyorin"? It is a fluffy, chick-shaped fresh sweet made by wrapping pudding, which uses Nagoya Cochin eggs (a local ingredient from Aichi Prefecture), in richly vanilla-scented bavarois, and then coating it with powdered sponge cake. It is sold at stores within Nagoya Station and at stores with attached manufacturing workshops in Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture. It will celebrate its 15th anniversary on July 1, 2026.
