JR Tokai Agency to Join Shizuoka Prefectural Football Association Group and Begin Designated Management of Ogasayama General Sports Park (ECOPA) from April 1, 2026

JR Tokai Agency Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazuya Sato) will join the "Shizuoka Prefectural Football Association Group (*1)" as a constituent organization and begin designated management of Ogasayama General Sports Park (ECOPA) from April 1, 2026.

Designated Management Period: 5 years, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031.

The Shizuoka Prefectural Football Association has been responsible for the designated management of Ogasayama General Sports Park (ECOPA) for the past 20 years. From fiscal year 2026, the Shizuoka Prefectural Government will designate a new constituent organization, including our company (*1), as the designated manager. We will strive to enhance the overall appeal of the park and promote its use, based on safe, secure, and comfortable facility operations.

*1 The "Shizuoka Prefectural Football Association Group" is composed of the Shizuoka Prefectural Football Association as the representative organization, Japan Kanzei Co., Ltd., and JR Tokai Agency Co., Ltd.

Our group values the perspective of visitors and users, and we will promote the creation of a more familiar park as a place for diverse activities centered on sports.

Furthermore, as a facility rooted in the community, we aim for operations that can be utilized by many people both within and outside Shizuoka Prefecture. We will also work on appropriate maintenance and smooth operation of the facilities, and enhance value by leveraging the park's potential.

**About Ogasayama General Sports Park (ECOPA)** Ogasayama General Sports Park (ECOPA) is a leading urban park representing Shizuoka Prefecture, and a prominent sports and exchange hub in the prefecture with diverse facilities including a stadium and arena. Through the hosting of sports competitions and various events, it has provided opportunities for sports and recreation to the citizens, and has contributed to expanding the exchange population and creating regional vibrancy. As a public space capable of accommodating a wide range of uses, from daily park use to large-scale events, it serves as a sports hub.
